It has came to the attention of IT that there has been a severe increase with customers sharing accounts.  Please do not share your accounts.  Have your family, friends, etc. get their own account and take advantage of a free month service for each customer referral.  The account sharing when banned makes it harder for other customers with valid issues with their service to be corrected as well as time consuming for your representatives and techs.  In addition, local representatives and techs are requesting additional fees from management for the time it takes for them to identify and correct which we are trying to avoid.  The first time banned is a warning, second time a fee of 1/2 month subscription and third time suspension of subscription. Again, please do not share accounts.
